Founded in 1988, with its partners, IECD supports Human and Economic Development by providing capacity building for vulnerable people through its vocational training, entrepreneurship, and livelihoods programs. In Vietnam, IECD has been working on 5 projects that serves anually over 4000 beneficiaries since 2013.
